IzySoft will not share personally identifiable information
IzySoft collects personally identifiable information when you register for the service.
Depending on the service for which you register, we may ask you to provide one or
more e-mail addresses and their corresponding passwords. This information is only
collected when required to authenticate your access to the e-mail account as well
as to provide the service.
If payment is required for the service, IzySoft will request your name, mailing
address, phone number, credit card information and other information to securely
process the financial transaction. We shall maintain your e-mail addresses, password
and billing information in strict confidence. We will use your personally identifiable
information only to provide our services, notify you of technical or billing information,
or inform you of changes in our service.
IzySoft will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information to anyone

IzySoft provides control over your account
You can disable your own registration and remove all stored information through
the registration removal page. A disabled account will
be unable to access the service.

to safeguard the privacy of e-mail messages and customer identifiable information
from unauthorized access or improper use, and we will continue to enhance our security
procedures as needed.
To provide the service, messages pass through the IzySoft servers
As needed to provide the services, messages pass through our servers. During normal
operation, messages are only kept in volatile memory and not saved to permanent
storage. Once messages are delivered to the final destination, messages are erased
from volatile memory. IzySoft will not read or disclose private e-mail communications
that are transmitted using IzySoft services except as required to operate the service
or as otherwise authorized by law.
IzySoft may temporarily store e-mail messages to recover from errors
In the event of transmission errors, IzySoft will temporarily store messages for
a short time. When messages cannot be immediately delivered, they are stored in
a queue for later processing. Once messages are delivered to the final destination,
the messages are deleted. IzySoft will not read or disclose private e-mail communications
that are transmitted using IzySoft services except as required to operate the service
or as otherwise authorized by law.
IzySoft gathers data about e-mail traffic
IzySoft may gather information about the e-mail traffic of customers including the
number and size of messages received, the domain name and address of the e-mail
sender, and the number and size of e-mail attachments. IzySoft does not scan the
e-mail subject and body for specific words or phrases. We may also collect Web site
usage statistics such as browser types, domain names and page requests. This non-personalized,
aggregate data is used to improve the service, to prepare for network load demands,
to promote the service, and research.
IzySoft may use web cookies
Like many Internet sites, the IzySoft Web site uses cookies. We may store and access
cookies on your machine to ease the navigation of our site and registration for
the service. We do not use cookies to track your personal use of our site.
